Wilson a graduate of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), lead promoter of ADDL. He has over ten years’ experience in construction, marine and in the oil and gas sectors.
Occupational Safety and Health
He was part of the team which drafted the National Occupational Safety and Health Policy for Ghana. He is a certified trainer and has attended various conferences and seminars on OSH in Ghana, Germany and the USA.
IT Manager/Support Officer
Frederick comes to the ADDL with Eight years of experience as the system administrator for the operations and Information Technology (IT) division at Seaweld Engineering Limited.

Marine Superintendent
He graduated as a Class-1 Master Mariner from The Regional Maritime University in Accra. He did most of his IMO mandatory courses at this university and took other safety and mandatory courses from Singapore Polytechnic, Aberdeen Petrofac Training School, Lowestoft College in the UK and Den Helder Marine Training School in Holland.
ADDL places very high value on efficient management and competent leadership. Our management and leadership team comprised experts from diverse areas of the marine and oil and gas industries.
This includes finance, law, and engineering. These senior executives possess significant experience in managing the complexities associated with the development and management of projects.
